I am over 65 and on medicare; my spouse is under 65. How will she be covered?

A retiree version of the LM HealthWorks Plan will be the coverage option for retirees under age 65 (or pre Medicare eligible) in 2010. Therefore, your eligible dependent under age 65 would need to enroll in the LM HealthWorks Plan.

The plans that are currently available for post-65 retirees include two Medicare-supplement plans as well as a collection of Sr. HMOs.  All of these plans will continue to be available in 2010 and are not impacted by the transition to the LM HealthWorks Plan.

Detailed enrollment information will be made available in October when annual enrollment occurs. You will receive an annual enrollment package in the mail, which will include cost information and the details you need to enroll.

The annual enrollment period for retirees is from October 20 - November 5, 2009.  To enroll or to elect "no coverage" you can either:
